From the Clinic to the Clinic

The LRB research team (Inserm and Université Grenoble Alpes) is a multidisciplinary structure at the heart of Grenoble’s health campus.

For over 45 years, our mission has been clear: to design and develop new radiopharmaceuticals [radioactive drugs], to improve the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of diseases in Nuclear Medicine, particularly in oncology, cardiology, neurology, and metabolism.

Our strength lies in a resolutely translational approach, “from the clinic to the clinic,” driven by a team of about forty researchers, clinicians, pharmacists, and biologists. From the molecular target to clinical trials, every step of development is integrated, with a strong scientific requirement and a steadfast commitment to tomorrow’s medicine.

Our technological platform includes radiochemistry laboratories, an imaging laboratory, and an environment certified to ISO 9001 / NF X 50-900 standards, ensuring rigorous scientific standards and traceability.

By combining fundamental research, technological innovation, and clinical challenges, we contribute to advancing a more precise, more personalized and deeply human medicine.
